I assume you are speaking of a home warranty you purchased and not the one-year warranty on a newly built Villages home. Some lawyers will take cases where you don't pay unless they win, but those are for very large claims. Morgan and Morgan are the biggest. Small claims court may be worth a try, but if you get a judgment, that does not mean they will pay so good luck on collecting. Contacting the CEO or a manager of the company, Florida Attorney General, BBB, Crimes Against Seniors are all worth a try. Posting a bad review on social media may help resolve the issue, and if it doesn't, at least you get to vent and warn others. I sincerely hope you get a good outcome!
