Smile Homeowners Insurance-Tower Hill

We are working on closing on our new home in TV and are shopping around for homeowners insurance. I did go back and scour the forum for posts.
Tower Insurance is giving us the best quote, and wondered if anyone has had any experience with them?
Thanks!!

Tower Hill just dropped us even though we haven't had a claim on our homeowners insurance since 1979. The reason given was "reducing hurricane exposure". Our agent said they're dropping about 15,000 customers in Florida.

That really stinks!!! Did you find a comparable insurance company?

Shopping for the best price will work for one year. But, you cannot expect the rate to stay stable for more than that.

Also, get a policy that includes "sinkhole" coverage, not "catastrophic ground collapse" coverage.

They were very responsive and fair with me when we had wind damage to our roof. Their price is competitive following our roof replacement.

Thanks so much for sharing with me. We are going to go ahead with Tower Hill and hopefully NOT have to shop around again next year!
