Default Are there long-term rentals in The Villages?

I'm hoping to move to The Villages in a couple of years, and would be delighted if I could get a villa in Creekside Landing. (I know it would be tough). My question is if I were able to get a villa is it possible to rent out furnished place on an annual basis? If so, how do you find the renters?

Thanks so much!!

I agree, this site is very good.

****.com (Vacation Rentals By Owner) is good too.

Thanks very much. I did go there, but the long-term rentals looked like they were for a few months, but I will look again. Thank you very much!

Thanks, I really want to purchase a furnished place at Creekside Landing. I'm not looking for an unfurnished place, but thanks again!

Do you know if the furnished long-term rentals go as quickly? I would like to rent out a furnished villa. I don't want to purchase an unfurnished one.

Thanks very much!!

yes long term either with or without goes pretty quick.... problem you will find is that for the owner renting from jan thru april dollar amount is sometimes equal as for a year, so when a long term comes up it does not last long
