I’ve had 2 so far and been disappointed in both. Finding consistency good cleaners is hard.

We don't, but several of my wife's friends do. Apparently one habit that they all share is cleaning the house BEFORE the cleaners get there. Don't want the cleaners to have a bad opinion of their housekeeping, I guess.
