How to clean lanai floor

Hello, our lanai is dirty when it rains like this. Blackish stuff. What do you use to clean an open lanai floor?

Hubby hoses our lanai out all the time. He uses a stiff broom and a little Dawn dish detergent and then hoses it out. Easy

I scrubbed ours yesterday with a bucket of dish detergent and a little bit of bleach. Used a stiff broom.
