Default Sidewalk repair contractors

Hello,
The narrow strip of "sidewalk" that runs between my lawn and the asphalt street has buckled in the intense heat. Looking for suggestions of contractors who can repair/replace this section that is about 2' X 5' in size.
Thanks in advance.

Call property maintenance, do NOT do this yourself or have it done. The streets are county streets (unless you are in a villa), and under county control and maintenance. I doubt they will appreciate you doing maintenance in this area.

We are in a Villa - however - I will call district property management just to confirm who has responsibility over that strip of cement.

Default Villa sidewalks

We are dealing with this issue in the Soulliere villas (district 4, in the Marion County section of the villas). It may or may not be related to the road issues we are having.

In any event, because of the concrete tenting the issue arose as to whose property the concrete was and who was responsible for maintenance. District counsel was asked to weigh in, and he stated that the property line is where the asphalt meets the concrete and the responsibility for maintenance of the concrete is on the homeowner. Consequently, DPM will not step in. I would not immediately assume this is the case with all villas, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was.
