Went to an Open House for another model. When he closed up the sales rep took us to see this house. Thank you, Jason!

It took 3-4 years of visits including two Life Style visits. We changed our selection many times, even as we returned to make the purchase. We've made a lot of mistakes, including the last change of model, but we are Happy Villagers just the same. When I look back at the mistakes we made I shudder to think how bad it could have been had it not been for TOTV during the process. That was our best tool, not the sales rep. This is our second 4th of July !

Default Our first sales rep went away on vacation after the hour or so she gave us...

We were on our first lifestyle visit and looked at new homes for sale (spec homes) on the TV site and went around by ourselves looking in windows and walking around outside... and of course they were locked up. Our Camellia had the garage door left unlocked by some error. We entered and fell in love.

Is that breaking and entering?

Jim McLaughlin ended up filling in for the first girl..who isn't there anymore.

Anyway, Jim just sold us our second house last week. It will start building next Tuesday, with a completion date of September 21. YAY!!

Great timing again Gracie. We will be there from 8/27 to 9/5. Oh well, I guess we are destined to miss each other ALL the time.

Best of luck.

TV sales rep, Brian Dees... a terrific rep! We knew the model we wanted and he found the lot we fell in love with.

We kind of dumb lucked it. Went from never hearing of TV to buying a house 6 weeks later. We came for a LSP and bought a house the next day. Did not look at a million houses, did not compare blue prints, did not go nuts thinking of ever possible tiny detail that might be important, did not endlessly discuss every nuisance of everything. We came, we saw a house we loved and we bought. We got an Anna Maria. Done deal. FINALLY getting on our way there on Friday!!

Default Friends recommended The Villages

We were in Orlando on vacation and went to drive through TV. We stayed all day and then made a plan to come back in 8 years. Sanibel is where our lot and future home will be. We picked out our home from the floor plan layouts in the TV website. The house we picked met our criteria.
