Advise needed for a newbie.

For those who have a Lexus out of warranty where do you have it serviced by a competent mechanic? I understand that the nearest Lexus dealer is in Tampa or Orlando.

Also how about competent service for a Honda?

Phillips Toyota in Leesburg advertises that they service all Lexus models. They are located on 441 and can be reached at 352-728-2030.

Thanks...I will give Toyota a call unless someone else knows of independent mechanics that they have used for their Toyota/Lexus/Honda vehicles

We have an Audi and a Volvo. Audi is in Tampa or Sanford and Volvo is up in Ocala. Took both the cars to Automasters in Leesburg (1009 S 14th St, Leesburg, FL) . Very competent. Very efficient. Very reasonable.

Tri-County Automotive on 441 is very good and honest.

I know a number of people that swear by Hansons in Leesburg and won't take their cars anywhere else. We don't have a Lexus but have taken our cars to Philips in Fruitland Park and to the Tire choice In Lady Lake, the owner there is very good and very honest.
