Default How do you bump?

I have two golf carts for sale. I just reduced the asking prices via editing the post. I thought that bumped it automatically, how do you just bump it like I see other posters do? Thanks

You just write it in the post as a reply, I did it for you.

A note on bumping.... everyone who has something listed for sale would like it appear at the top of new posts or the top of the items for sale forum. The fact is, with the number of things for sale, your item will slide from view rather quickly. Rest assured, if someone is looking for an item they will find it no matter how far down the list it is.

Our unofficial policy is that items for sale/rent should be bumped no more than once a week. Beyond that, we may delete the 'bump' as excessive as it clutters up the 'new posts' results with things that really aren't new.

The short answer to your question is to reply to your own thread with a new post that indicates any change in the original listing/terms. Editing the original post in the thread is not shown in the 'new posts' results.

Dear Moderator ! You are wrong,

I look at the sale list once a week and only look at 1 or 2 pages, maybe 3 if I'm not busy. after that it's like reading a never ending list so 1-3 is plenty.
