Also is there a service to help move large items purchased at Estate sales ( I don't own a minivan or pickup

Call Jeff at J&J Services 352-702-6376 He does this for folks all the time. No moving services.

Call the Fire Department. They do it for free.

My main suggestion is much the same. DEFINITELY replace bulbs with long life LED bulbs. We replaced all of ours when we moved-in in 2014. We’ve only had to replace one bulb, so far! Good luck.
