Kohl’s takes Amazon returns.

Normally, I print a label put it on the original packaging tape it up and either put it in the UPS dropbox or bring it to the pack and ship on 101

Exactly right,

Totally correct and let me emphasize if you don't like the way they want you to return it try another option for the reason you don't like it.

No offense to the posts you've seen, but they're not all accurate.

Different items from Amazon, get different return processes.

You have to go to your account, select the item & click the "return" button. Follow the instructions exactly. If it gives you the option to see more choices and you don't like the ones you see, click the 'more options" box.

Some items can be returned with a QR Code to Staples or Kohls, with no packaging ... some can't.

Some items have to be returned via UPS ... some will require packaging or a fee for pickup.

In some situations, you can only return to a UPS Store (if you want to do it free), other can be dropped off at any store that accepts UPS parcels.

It will depend on the item, the size and the reason you select for your "return".

If the item was not shipped by Amazon, another whole process applies.

It's not complicated, but you have to pay attention to the process and make sure you're getting the "best deal" and that you select the best reason for wanting to return the item.

Kohls is often a long line but they give you 10 to 15% off some items from their store.
My fave has been Staples. Quick process and they also give out coupons for their store.

I'm confused. I always use the UPS store in Pinellas Plaza and I almost never need to print a label. Usually, I don't even need to wrap the item. I just show them my phone and they scan it and give me a receipt. I get my refund from Amazon before they even receive the item.

Fake News.

UPS Store will print label, will pack the return item and give you a receipt.

I know it's probably a dumb question. Especially since I loath returning things, and have never done an Amazon return. However my wife does it often. Here, we just drive a mile or two to Whole Foods, and wait in line, scan - scan - attach sticker, it's done. Looks like no Whole Foods in TV, and a long drive to Altamonte Springs.

Staples

Be careful because sometimes you need a box or package even for UPS. And Kohls doesn’t take everything

Sure can tell those that don’t read all the posts…….just type away with a repeat post.

Amazon Return at Kohls

Since I moved to The Villages, I make my Amazon returns to Kohls. It’s very easy, take the return to customer service in the rear of the store.

Since March 2024, no box is needed at UPS Stores.

ShipSafe store does Amazon returns. They package it, label it, and send it.

Define “woke”.

I take a picture of the QR code with my phone (since I no longer use a printer) and show the picture to UPS. They aim the wand right at my picture and take my item. By the time I get home, I'll see transaction information on the charge card I used. I usually get my refund a day later. I shop Amazon 2-3 times a week and have a return monthly or every other month.

If you buy a lot things from Amazon, I would suggest using the gift credit option rather than to have the refund go back onto your credit card. You get a faster refund, and the credit is automatically applied to your next purchase. You actually get the credit before Amazon receives the returned item.
