after 20 years in Florida I've seen some appalling new construction by various homebuilders including the so called "high" end builders. my new home here in the Villages is the best built home by far down to the smallest details....

I tend to agree. While the finishes on new villages homes are cheap on non-existent, the construction seems pretty solid.

Not the first time I have heard good reviews about TV home construction. I agree. Our first Florida home, by another developer, was full of “sloppy” issues and problems.
