It is funny how we as a society totally have acquiesced to the thieves to the point that everything good becomes intolerable to enjoy. How about we start removing an arm for theft. Today there are no serious repercussions for criminal behavior. Take a few limbs and you will see how quickly no thief wants to chance losing both arms. The law abiding shouldn’t have to constantly worry about the bad guys who just take and give nothing back to our Country.

For what it is worth, do NOT use a ziploc-type bag. NOT truly waterproof. What you want is a bag available at REI or dive shops that come in various sizes. They are inexpensive. I use one for my cell phone when jet skiing. Just clip it through your PFD or something secure when in the ocean.
