Default City Fire Brownwood

My wife and I along with another couple happened to be walking by the new City Fire in Brownwood yesterday just before noon. When I peaked in the door a gentleman said come on in and look around. We were quickly greeted by the new owners and invited to join them for lunch as they were training their new staff.
What a great experience! I couldn't believe how knowledgeable the waiters and bartenders were about every item on the menu, and more importantly how delicious every item was. City Fire Brownwood has already exceeded our expectations and before leaving I made reservations for Thursday December 27th .

So City Fire is now open and you can make reservations?? If so, are they the only inside "full" restaurant open in Brownwood? Back from the cold/snowy north on 27th/28th----if the highways allow.

Mike & Gina who own City Fire are 2 of the most awesome people we know. They have been doing a great job with the training there. They have a wonderful staff just like the other City Fire. 4:00 Wednesday they open and starting Thursday, regular hours starting at 11:00 am.

So far! Was down there on Saturday and it looks to me like they're doing MORE building so wouldn't be surprised that before long there will be more commerce AND restaurants for our dining pleasure.
