My husband and I were driving along Schwartz Ave today. The two empty lots that are on Schwartz and Bowersox had a sign indicating that a request for a zoning change has been made. The request is that the current right of way for the two lots be vacated. There is going to be a public hearing later in October to discuss the change.
We also notice big machinery behind the homes on Schwartz. They were digging and moving a lot of dirt. The heavy equipment is behind the Harbor Chase Assisted Living Center and all the way up to Lowe's. Does anyone know what is being built in this location?
