The article says the buyers are second generation Boca Granders so I presume that means they know all about hurricanes, insurance, & whatnot.

I agree. After all it is the only house on the U.S. coastline. Actually I don't think you will ever have this problem to worry about.

I would think billionaires need to own as much investment property as possible for tax shelters. They likely own far more than just this place.
