Default Humidifier or dehumidifier need?

Hi!

We're clearing out the house here in WI for the move there in April and at the risk of asking a silly question, will we need a humidifier or dehumidifier living in TV? Don't know if we should leave them for the new owners or bring them along.

Thanks for an answer!

It's a matter of choice. These homes can get quite dry in the winter, especially those heated with gas. It gets very damp in the summer but the air conditioning helps alleviate that problem.

You may find you don't need them here but if it were me I would bring them. Better to have them and not need them than need them and not have them.

i personally have never seen a humidifer here in TV, we don't run the heat that much and A/C takes care of humidity in the winter, we left ours up north right next to the snow shovel for the new owners...gn

I have heard that a dehumidifier on an enclosed lanai helps keep it cool in the summer.
