Very top center of the statement under the words “Account PIN
Note: Older statements would not have the PIN, only those in the last few months.

I created an account on the site, and didn't use a pin. . . or maybe my email is linked to my address. . . hmmmm

The PIN is not something you create, it is something assigned by software as of a recent date. I have had an account for some time but can no longer access my statements without the new PIN.

I *am* able to see my current statement without the PIN if I use the link in the email I receive each month. Any other way requires the new PIN.

i just logged onto bsaonline.com to confirm, logged into my account with my own password, and I see my complete history of monthly invoices. My pin is saved for my account or property so that i didn't have to put a pin in each time I logged into my account for my property. There is a 5 year graph, though looks like it can be for as long as you own your house, for water and irrigation. I tried my neighbors address, and then I need their pin, so the pin is saved in your account for your property, and maybe proterties.

There is a notice about paying the invoice online you need your pin again. I don't use this site for payment, so I don't know anything about the payment side.

But, unlike modern sites, you can only view than save one invoice at a time, so its a pain in the butt. With my gas TECO account, i can download multiple invoices all at once. .

for those that might want to keep their invoices electronically for water usage or some other reason

Interesting, I’ll have to try that again. I know it didn’t work for me without a PIN earlier but perhaps I missed a page.

The PIN is also printed on the top of recent statements.

Thanks for the tip on where to find the PIN on the statements. I found that I can still sign in with my old username and password so I could see the pins on the statements. I have multiple accounts, and of course each one has its own PIN.
They send me stuff on email, why weren't they courteous enough to send an email to everyone explaining the change. I wish I could change the pin to something I could actually remember.
At least we can try to take care of each other. Thanks again for the info. That's one of the reasons I monitor TOTV.
