Default I feel Good or I don't feel Bad

Can you remember when you went from feeling real good to a point that you were happy that you did not hurt anywhere when you wake up in the morning.

I think for me it was 42 when I went from:

Wow I feel good to
Wow, I don't feel bad.

LOLOL....I was just thinking about that yesterday....I remember being able to pop out of bed the minute I opened my eyes. Now, it's really try and wake up, sit up, pay attention to what was aching yesterday and note if it's still aching, stand up and walk, be it ever so slowly and with accompanying sounds more like Rice Krispies than anything else! I may rise each day, but shining takes some work. I think I noticed the difference about the same time that nasty closet fairy made her way into mine and shrunk all my clothes!

Talk about feeling the "glass is half empty!" I'm up and out of bed happy it's another day with a life full of wonderful clients to work with, four great grand kids to share life experiences with, and a wonderful wife and whole bunch of friends to live many more years to the fullest possible. If there are any creaks and groans, I wouldn't bother to even notice them. Life is too busy and fun to worry about slowing down. I believe you get out what you put in.

Ah, the RK syndrome. Got all that and another element that Kelloggs didn't put into the RK's snap, crackle & pop.... procrastination! It's also know as... "Do I really have to get up and moving?"

At my age rolling out of bed in the morning is easy.
Getting up off the floor is another story.

We're just making fun. Jim, though getting up isn't quite as easy as it was years ago....but it is UP and that's a good thing for sure. All here have worked hard to get to the point they are now....a time in their lives when they can enjoy. For some, it's having that little extra time to rise and hopefully, shine. We all have so much to be thankful for. Thank you for sharing some of what you are blessed with. Ah, grandchildren, grandparents' allies....this team can get into so much trouble together, and that's GREAT!
