We toured the Gypsy Gold Horse Farm near Ocala yesterday. An absolutely beautiful and unique breed of horse that has an amazing story. These horses originated with Gypsys in europe. Twenty some years ago Dennis Thompson and his wife discovered this amazing and unknown horse while in europe. Being animal lovers they decided to bring these exceptional animals to the USA. He developed the magnificent GYPSY VANNER GOLD breed that has unique long flowing hair. His farm is just off 475A only 25 minutes from the north side of The Villages. They do tours on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10AM. Check out their website at:
