[b]IF[/b] you was to win a million or two on the lottery what would you do [u]BEFORE[/u] you go pick up the money?? Forien bank account? consult a CPA? I think we all know how we would spend it, but I'm curious what pre-claiming ideas there are.

Good question!! MY first move would be to visit my lawyer and make sure that none of my relatives, friends, etc could file any claim against the money.

I am not sure what a foreign bank account would do since Uncle Sam would get his cut up front. At my age, I am spending the money so a CPA is not an option.
