Default Mattress firm does not service what they sell,

the middle of October we purchased a dual controlled adjustable bed from Mattress Firm. The vibration is so loud that it wakes you up and also you can't go to sleep because of the noise. When I complained to Mattress Firm I was told to call Sealy for service which I did and was told that I would have to call Mattress Firm. Long story short, was told that I should shop around for furniture coasters and place that undertook the legs of the bed. I told them that neither my husband nor I were capable of crawling under the bed and trying to place these casters and they should send someone out to examine and fix the problem. They said nope..they don't service the bed frames! There's a lot more to the story but I won't bore you with details. But I can assure you that you should beware of Matteess Firm.

I also had a very bad experience with my one year old Sealy king size bed. It was sagging in middle and the warranty dept of Mattress Firm refused claim stating it wasn't sagging enough. I said a one year old bed (that was very expensive) should not be sagging at all..they said there was nothing they could do (and charged me $25 to come out and look at the bed). I will never purchase any bedding from that company again and told them I would let everyone in my community know of my experience with them.

Thanks for the heads up! We're looking to purchase two mattresses and saw the ad in the paper today. You just saved me a trip (and a few headaches, as well!).
