Comcast helpful rep ..Help!

Sorry if I posted this question incorrectly. First new thread. Ill try again.

I'm looking for the name and contact information for the helpful Comcast rep mentioned on the board a while back. Did a search but can't find.

Just spent more than an hour on phone and website and got no where.

A name and contact info will really help. Thanks and have a great day.
