When I look up the resales they will mention enclosed acrylic lanai and screened lanai.
My question is if it's acrylic does that mean their is no way of opening it up for a breeze or fresh air?
If it's screened does that mean only screeneed and their is no way of closing incase of rain or dirt?

Acrylic are windows that do open for fresh air. If it is just screened there are no window to close incase of rain.

We enclosed our with dark shaded vinyl windows.

Acrylic also means they are not double pane glass but simply inexpensive windows.
