Hi Everyone,

My husband and I are new to the villages and the village of Newell. We just received excellent, calm, and polite service from Jason, who also lives in Newell. As my handy husband left all his ladders and tools behind in Colorado, we were delighted to find such good help. He shortened our pendant lights (the one closest to the cabinets interfered with the door opening all the way), lowered our chandelier, hung a flagpole, attached two outside hose holders, hung a metal art piece to the front entry, and mounted a TV on our guest bedroom concrete wall. We have emptied out our garage and appreciate the garbage men who have taken 4 big loads of flattened boxes so far.

We are loving our small home despite the further downsizing required. Now for joining in the activities... We can't wait to meet you all!
