Default Accident at Manatee Rec

Apparently, a cement truck ran off of Hillsborough trail, thru landscaping and ended up in the tennis court. Some of the neighbors said that EMS responded and they thought that the driver had had a heart attack. EMTs worked on him, but ambulance left with siren off.

I'm never successful at posting the link, but the story is on the right hand side under "breaking news". I didn't see it at first either.

Will pass on more news today when his wife calls in. He is 62 and has been talking about hanging the wheel up and retiring. Had just talked to him on phone about 20 min earlier, and all was fine.

Thanks all for kind words, will pass on to his family.

Great thing the Rec Center was not open yet.
