Default Insurnace Broker

That time of year again to start the search for the best rates on Flood and Homeowners. Currently working with Baldwin Group here. I had an INS Broker back home as well.

Who are you finding as good Brokers here? And who to avoid?

Baldwin and State Farm. A lot of people have homeowner's insurance with Progressive, which can also include sinkhole coverage. In my opinion, flood insurance is not worth buying.

I agree. But the bank is requiring flood cause FEMA is incompetent as hell and takes years to update maps. Despite my petition to be rezoned and my Certificate of Elevation showing I'm in the clear.

Default Baldwin, too nosy

I have had a letter from Baldwin with no previous notice from my insurance company and wonder how/why/who gave them my personal info. I am highly suspect of them. I suspect someone is trying to get money for their own pockets.
