Are their any choices for Internet at The Haciendas of Mission Hills other than Comcast and Century Link? I am currently getting around 40 meg wifi and 80 meg wired with Comcast. Moving next month and just wondering what's available.

If your wifi isn't pretty close to your wired speeds either your router or device isn't compatible with the faster wifi (also distance to router can make a difference). I have Comcrap 100meg and get 90-100megs on all my wireless devices that support the higher speeds. Usually newer=faster when it comes to routers, wifi tablets and phones.

You don't "need" more than about 10mbs...unless you're a family of 5 and you're ALL watching a different movie. Then you "need" about 50. People are obsessed with "speed" they don't use/need.

If you are streaming 4K television you need a minimum 25 megs according to Netflix. We watch 4K on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Slower speed make a noticeable difference.

I live there. You should get on our Mission Hills email list, we have a neighborhood email. But to answer your question, we have Century Link and it is great, we have had no problem with it unlike Comcast which we had a lot of issues with. There is fiber optics in Mission Hills which I think makes it better. My opinion. No other options that I am personally aware of. If you private message me and give me your name, the name of a partner/spouse if so, your phone number, address you bought at, email address, I will have you added to Mission Hills email list and roster. We also have a Facebook page is you look at Haciendas of Mission Hills if you are on Facebook. Welcome! You can send out your question to the neighborhood once you get on the email list.
