IRS Update

For you folks who are following it, there is an update on Village Community Development Districts Not earth shattering. Israel is providing a recent article from Loyola Law School in support of his/VCCDD request for relief. A request for relief regarding past actions, of course, is not the same as the original VCCDD position of IRS error in understanding.
