Hi all!! Well, it's official. We closed on our wonderful home in Amelia on Monday afternoon! Guess we're now Villagers! Just want to say hi to everyone again and thank everyone who has posted information which we used to make our decision to retire here.

Thank you so much - probably won't be able to move down until some time next year, but at least we've taken the first step to Paradise!!
