Default Cypress Model

Hello,

Can someone tell me if the model Cypress is not on The Villages website? Did they discontinue this model?

Thanks

I think the Cypress is the same as the Whispering Pine except the Cypress is stucco instead of vinyl.

For some reason, I happen to have a print out of the floor plan for the Cypress in my hand. I can't find any floor plan that is even close to it. So I would say they no longer build that model.

Thanks everyone. That is what I thought. My husband said it seemed like the best model.

We must have looked at it at one time, but decided against it. I still have the floor plan.

The Cypress is one of the best layout models they ever built. Has so many of all the right features. I have one in Poinciana and will be selling it. I wish I could have picked it up and moved it to the lot we have in Sunset Pointe. I absolutely love that model.

The Cypress is vinyl and it is not the same as the Whispering Pine. We originally wanted a Whispering Pine until we saw the Cypress. Very glad we got one while we could. It's a great floor plan.

Default Cypress vs Whispering Pine

We are building a Whispering Pine now. The equivalent model to the Whispering Pine is the Cedar which block and stucco

Default Cypress

I loved the Cedar but the living area is so small. I like the fact that the dining room is separate and has all that wall space. So we picked an Iris because the bedrooms are bigger than most models. I just don't like the bathroom set up in the Iris. It can be so confusing as to what model to choose from. Their are pro's and con's with the Designer Homes.
