I love the Concrete and Stucco also, would not go with the Wisteria personally, seems to me wood frame is less permanent in the Florida climate. The 1700 square feet is awesome, the split floor plan with the pocket door is just perfect. The Laundry room right outside the Master is one of the best features.
Our Wisteria is holding up just fine in the Florida weather. Looks just as beautiful as the day we bought it. It hasn't been eaten up by termites or blown down in a storm. It has actually appreciated $45,000 since we bought it in 2008.

I think the villages builders definitely do a nice job - it seems like all the older homes are lasting quite nicely, and I believe ours will too!

We have a Jasmine built in 2012 and love it. We have the pass thru kitchen and I like it for privacy and the extra cabinet. I don't care for the new construction as they took out the extra cabinets and counter to make a larger eating area. The eating are is fine the way it is and not having the extra cabinets would leave little room for dishes, etc., especially if this is your main home. I think they removed the cabinets to save $$. My advice is look at new and pre-owned to see the difference.

I think that squaring off the window wall and omitting the cabinets was done to create the illusion of more eating space. I can't imagine going without all that storage space. As it is, we have big Rubbermaid cabinets in the garage for the stuff we don't use that often.
