Default Juicing

Hello.
We are fairly new to the villages having recently moved here from Washington State.
We are really into juicing and used to be able to buy fruits and vegetables in bulk and would like to continue doing so here.
Are there any stores in the area that sell fruits/ vegetables in bulk?
Thanks
Julie

Not sure what you mean by bulk. I expect the,"farmers market," in Brownwood people will sell you produce by the case at a lower price. Probably also true at the marion flea market. Both are close by and free to get in. I'm sure there are others

I second the vote for the farmers market at Brownwood (Saturday’s), and there’s always Sam’s.

You may find they taste differently down here. Some aren’t worth buying IMO.

The word Organic and Aquaphonics can be misleading.
The aquaphonic products are grown in soiless modules, and fed a chemical based nutrient., and can be claimed to be organic.
Does not sound very organic to me. More GM on steroids.

PS. Please be aware. I have a bee in my bonnet regarding the overuse of chemicals/drugs in veg, fruit, and meat production.
My wife is convinced, I am certified organically nuts actually!!

Also, Earth Faire is coming to Lady Lake. Supposedly by the end of July we will have one at the Lady Lake Crossing on Fennel Boulevard, near Total Wine.

Unfortunately this time of the year is not the season for most orchards, You may have to wait till the next crop is ready. We usually get a box for squeezing for $5.00 - $10.00 at some of the orchards.

there is no place near. Tampa has a large commercial produce market. that is where most vendors go. Not many produce farms near here

It is my understanding that they’ve gone out of business and are no longer coming here. Have you heard otherwise?
