Does anyone know when the "new" Katie Bells will be completed? I still can't believe they destroyed the Crown Jewel of the villages. Is there any place to purchase pictures of Katie Belles, so I can show friends and family what used to be so cool about The Villages?

Walking at the square the other night. First time I actually noticed that the exterior view of the building shows the 2nd floor quite a bit larger than the 1st floor, given there is no "Chicos" on the 2nd floor. If they also incorporate the open balconies in a smart way, there is a lot of SF to work with.

Pretty confident they will come up with a winner.

Katie Bells is not being destroyed. Mark Morse said in his talk that they are upgrading the place. New flooring, electrical and a new revamping of the kitchen. It's been 30 years since the place has been updated. Smart move by the Family. They are constantly making this place look better, be safer and add new and hip things.

It does seem like a small venue from someone with a big voice, but she is a great lady.
