If you think it’s not structural (i.e. knee replacement); then I would recommend stretching.

Yoga is a good option. OR

In Pinellas and Trailwinds (on 466A) there is a Stretch Zone and a Stretch Lab; professional stretching.
They’ve cured me of many ailments caused by tight muscles.
I prefer Stretch Zone (in pinellas).

So if you found one that worked well that is what I am looking for, I will be going back to my doctor in a few weeks, so I do not need a doctor referral UNLESS this would be required for a specific creme (CBD based?)
Thank you for any information.

Go into the store they have a creme good for pain Kalo-Prophen Professional Line. Good luck hope your knee feels better. :)

Salon Pas gel. It comes in a lidocaine cream form and patches as well. I would go with the gel, it really helps. Any drugstore should have, non prescription.

Knee pain, joint pain, tendinitis, fasciitis are all inflammation in the body. The most natural way to get rid of all aches and pains is to change your diet. Eliminate all grains ( wheat & white flour, rice, barley, corn). Eliminate white sugar and all processed foods. Check out books like WheatBelly by Dr William Davis. Grain Brain by Dr David Perlmutter. Your health will be so much better.

My daughter is an MD. Recommends Voltaren. Not all creams work for everyone. May need to try more than one.
I still play baseball (not softball). Oddly, I have found that “horse liniment” works for my shoulder and knees. Recommended by my fam doc. Find it on Amazon. Called Absorbine Veterinary Gel. Orange label. My cousin in the horse biz also recommended it. Smells minty, dries quickly. Good luck!

If you have not tried Hempvana it’s worth a try. I buy on Amazon but it’s also available at Walmart.

I’ve had knee pain from sports on and off for years
I have used all kinds of cream and CBD topical products
None have done much for the pain
Ice heat and Tylenol

jedalton 03-03-2024 06:11 AM

I also use this and it really is a miracle cream

My wife uses thin Icy Hot adhesive strips or store brand with same Lanocaine or other ingredient. Works for her
