You are right. I was careless, (and defensive) so here is perhaps a better article?

I do know that the Morse family are often maligned for the terms of their commercial leases, when in fact I believe that these terms are common in areas similar to where we live, all over this country. No one is FORCED to lease a commercial spot, or renew the lease which is typically for five years.

If this isn't convincing, I will look further, but I really wanted to bake a pie this morning.
