We've had good luck contacting THE VILLAGES office. It is sort of like you are a family member. They will tell you who they use.

You do not say how old it is. It will not tumble over. If it has been pushed over by overgrown plant. Or, you simply want a new light. If, it has not damaged the wiring, you may be able to just push it back up straight. It is 110v wear proper shoes and gloves, there is no risk or need to shut the power. If, it makes you feel better it is easy to find and shut off the breaker to that light.

Any of the local electrical contractors. Pike’s, Lenhart, Galaxy, etc. I’ve seen them completely rusted and ready to topple over. It’s a straightforward replacement. I get them at Electric Supply in Wildwood. You’ll need the one with a “ladder rest” , which is the horizontal bar your name/street numbers are attached to. The posts are not set in concrete, they’re packed tight with soil, and have a UF feed for power

So that's factual without actually telling what it is to someone who doesn't do electric.

To everyone else, if you've ever seen inside a wall or watched a house being built, UF looks like standard White/Yellow/Orange house wiring(called non metallic multi-connector, often referred to as Romex) except it's gray. It is harder to cut and strip, but that's because the plastic insulation doesn't strip off like regular wiring.

The difference is that it's a tiny little bit thicker, very stiff for the wire gauge and can be buried directly without being run through conduit.

You can find UF anywhere wiring is sold, like ACE, Home Depot or Lowes. If you cut it, it must be spliced inside of a water tight junction box or splice kit, so there's some complication if it is damaged.

I personally dislike working with it just because it's so stiff but anyone who's ever run an electrical wire from one box to another can run it. It's just much tougher than even the thick orange 10 gauge, 30 amp wire you might use for a water heater or some other heavy draw utility.
