Does anyone have experience with using stain on either the lanai or driveway? If so, what are the pros and cons? It seemed much cheaper than the "layered stuff".

I have used concrete stain on my basement floor and walls in Ma. I would use it in TV verses epoxy. It would be best to go to a Benjaman Moore paint store for their opinion. Home Depot may or may not have a paint "expert." I would also google the question, you will also get expert answers.

Stain on your driveway will fade over time. Lanai is under roof so not so much. Personally, I stain my lanai but leave the driveway alone----but to each his own.
