Lanai water leak - any recommendations?

Check to see if the weep holes are not clogged up and water is overflowing the tracks. Like another poster suggested to dig a trench outside of the lanai floor.

Follow-up: the flex seal liquid approach worked great, the Lanai is dry (thanks terramuggus!!)

instead of rocks , which are expensive and heavy to work with, use rubber mulch. Also put down new weed block right over the existing weed block.
