Default Is the land East of 301 between the Turnpike and Marsh Bend trail all owned by TV?

I'm noticing a couple of large areas being built there that have similar fencing style as exists in TV but haven't seen anything on maps showing that it's a future village. Does anyone know?

The rumor I’ve heard is that TV did buy a bunch of the land along 301 - including the MX track - but it is unlikely to be houses because there is a very busy rail line on the back side of it. More likely is commercial space or industrial.

Yes. A check of Sumter County GIS shows that land is in fact owned by The Villages.

Default DeLuna

I believe you're referring to the new section of DeLuna.

On the attached map, orange are developer owned, blue is VCCDD, yellow are utilities owned.

Lots of housing going in....DeLuna will have the most homes of any village.

I'm aware of that part of land that TV bought on the West side of 301 just south of the turnpike. I was referring to the land on the other side of 301 on the East side. Makes me wonder if they'll make a golf cart tunnel underneath 301 or something like that.
