The dump on Escambia golf course. Never noticed a smell. I would think they cap it and build on it when finished. Common in Northeast

I have been told that landfill is for construction debris, not smelly household waste. Large trucks bringing the debris can be noisy.

Best to park in the Walmart Neighborhood Mart lot and observe for a while.

Yes it does smell foul in that area. Some just don't have a good sense of smell if they say it doesn't IMO.

I find that area to smell bad at times. I guess that’s why the entitled ride around with there noses stuck up in the air

Never ever buy a problem that can't be easily fixed. When you need to resale it will reduce your sales price.

Played Okeechobee yesterday and watched the bulldozers and it smelled terrible on the golf course!
