Got a letter from Central Sumter Water Conservation Authority. The water prices are going up 0.73% and the wastewater at 0.43%

Isn't that .7 cent on the dollar, so 10$ is 7 cents and 100$ is 70 cents.

I feel they wasted more money mailing me the letter than they will make on these increases.

Water is probably the most mportant natural resource. I'm surprised we aren't paying double. basically they can charge what they want and we will pay it. Water is something you can't do without.
