Default Layout of irrigation piping

Did anyone get a map or sketch of the irrigation system for their home? I would like to know where I can dig for plantings without hitting a pipe.
Do they go around the perimeter of the property and then send branches off?
Home is question is a courtyard villa.
Thanks

Dig carefully and you’ll be fine.

Contact home warranty, and ask for the name of the company that did the irrigation, then call them and ask to have pipes marked for digging, other option dial 811.

811 will not mark out for irrigation

Exactly. Nor will they mark out pool plumbing and/or low voltage landscape lighting (if it applies to the OP). I agree, dig carefully, and you'll be fine.

Sorry for the reference to 811, an incorrect assumption on my part, thanks for the correction.

Check your homeowners package left by the previous owner. Mine had a drawing.

Thanks to all. I will look a little better through all of the paperwork.
