Default Lilac/Rockport Living Room Question

We are considering a Rockport (which is the veranda series of the Lilac). I am a little concerned that the space for the living room may be cramped. We have a sofa, loveseat, coffee and 2 end tables. Also, was considering just using the nook for dining and making the dining room extra living room space. Anyone live in this model and have any comments or thoughts. Thanks.

We have a Lilac and the living room has plenty of room. We have a sofa that reclines, 2 side chairs, and end tables. No coffee table because of the recliner sofa. I have also seen it furnished with a large sectional, which would approximate your sofa and loveseat. It can be done. The TV is on a large unit next to the door to the master bedroom. The sofa faces it, leaving space behind the sofa for walking next to the kitchen island.

Unless you plan to have large sit-down dinners (family or friends), I think using the dining room for expanded living space is a good idea. I have seen it used for desk/office space, and I have seen it used as a reading area with 2 comfy chairs and a table with lamp. You may have to raise or remove the hanging light.
