Default Insulation above screen room

Does anyone know if the attic space above the lanai is routinely insulated when a home is built in TV. Trying to find this out without having to make a trip up there.

In looking at this house which appeared to have its insulation completed I would say no.

But it is accessible later on to add it.

Neither the lanai nor garage has insulation unless you add it to your contract during the design process or someone has added it after moving in.

We bought a new villa and added insulation to the lanai when we were making it into a Florida room, we also extended the air conditioning to that room and it works great, nice and cool, and did not need a new a/c unit, it could handle the additional space. Insulation helps a lot.

We also added insulation to the lanai while building during design meetings. Also had insulated garage doors installed.
