First place you should check is with your County Offices and/or web site. Each one is slightly different in terms of what they provide. The link below will give you info on Sumter County's Transit Program, whose shuttle buses can be seen all over TV and local area.

The Villages Transportation will take you to Dr. visits. I have used them many times as has a friend of mine. She doesn't drive, so she uses their services frequently. I find their prices reasonable and they are very reliable.
