I don't think so, but Enterprise is probably your best bet. They have an office at Sumter Landing.

I have not used them,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but I remember old threads/posts which indicated they used Leesburg locations for better pricing and better service.

You could consider a peer-to-peer car rental service like Turo where you rent local people’s private cars. That would be local and cheaper.
