Default Brownwood construction

Some have voiced concern over the size of the new town center, but fear not, construction continues. Workers were very busy this morning when we were at the Farmers Market.

From The Villages Voice, Aug. 2012:

Phase I of Brownwood is opening in the fall. How more phases will there be?

Answer: There will only be one phase in the development of Brownwood, unlike Spanish Springs, which was developed in phases. Once Brownwood opens in the Fall, construction will continue non-stop until completion
