I bought some at the Farmers Market at Brownwood on Saturday. The vendor actually suggested which one was best for allergies.

I have been taking a teaspoon of local honey for the past 5 years, and it has made a huge difference with my allergies. I took Claritin every day during my allergy seasons (April-June and September-November) and since I started taking local honey I haven't taken any Claritin in the past 5 years. You need to give it a month before you see any changes and remember it must be local honey. Since we moved here I have been buying it at Marion Market, but now I am picking it up at Brownwood on Saturdays.

Last thing I am looking for is another man, but I will be sure to let my husband know where he can go in case he is looking for a local honey.

What kind of local honey are you using.......orange, wildflower, palmetto or tubelo for your allergies?
