Arrow Need an Electrican, Plumber and Overhead Shelving Company

HI All,

Well, after too much back and forth on this process, we have finally moved forward from doing a build to purchasing a 'standing inventory' (already built) home on Yearling Way (The Ivy).

Now... I really need some help from all of you in the know...

I need to find:

A good electrician to install some junction boxes to hang pendant lights in my kitchen and a ceiling fan in my master bath

A plumber to put me a copper 'loop' on my main water line for my water treatment system that I already own and am bringing with me from San Diego (sorry, future water solicitor guys at my door! Already have one ) and plumb in the water treatment tank.

Would love to have those big, white ceiling mounted shelves installed, over head in my garage for storage.

General handyman to hang light fixtures, etc..

Also, if anyone has someone OTHER THAN T & D, to recommend for birdcage and possibly a pool, please share. T & D is backed up until May just to get an appt! Must be nice (for them!)...

Can anyone help out with referrals for any of these? It's so darn challenging when you are far away, trying to find good people to do the job. Thank Heaven for the nice people on TOTV!!

Many, many thanks in advance!
Angie

Angie. All you have to do is to go to search above and type in plumber and electrician to get dozens of opinions. Here are two threads I have found. OR wait until you arrive and ask your neighbors face to face for their recommendations or bad experiences. Neither of the projects you want done are crucial for you to have done before you are physically here. You may want to see the jobs that any contractors have done before you commit.

I see that you have gone from having a problem getting your deposit back for building to buying an already built home. I hope it works out for you.

Electrician, contractor or handy person

Need recommendations for plumber
